Return & Refund Policy
Blinse accepts eligible returns for insulated tumblers and included drinkware parts purchased through blinse.shop. This policy explains the return window, accepted condition, return method, return labels, inspection process, refunds, exchanges, and product-specific requirements.
Return Window and Accepted Return Types
Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery. Product condition: new only. Items must be unused, clean, dry, odor-free, free of drink residue, scratches from use, dents caused after delivery, dishwasher marks, missing parts, and returned with original packaging and included accessories when possible.
Return Method, Label, and Fees
Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should repackage tumblers securely so lids, straws, handles, coating, rims, and base edges are protected during return transit.

Drinkware Condition Notes
Because tumblers are drinkware products, returned items must be new and unused unless the return is for a verified defect or wrong item. Products with liquid residue, coffee or tea stains, odor, washed parts, used straws, scratched coating, impact dents, missing lids, missing straws, or customer-caused damage may be refused because they cannot be inspected as new-condition merchandise.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives dented, cracked, missing a lid, missing a straw, wrong color, wrong capacity, or otherwise different from the order, email care@blinse.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, product name, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the tumbler, lid, accessory parts, packaging, and shipping carton if damage is visible.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, send care@blinse.shop the order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and photos when applicable. Returns that arrive without order identification may take longer to process. Please wait for return instructions before mailing the product.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the funds to the account.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested color, capacity, or lid style is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
